The Horse 2020/21

Environment & Technology

Final step; the publishing!

Time to celebrate! The final step in a work is everytime something special. The work of over one semester is finally paying out! What a moment! I'm very confident with my own work. Soon it's time to read all the other articles of the different teams. I'm very excited to do this as soon as possible. Probably at the sea, under palms, with a drink in my other hand? ;) Why not! :)

Befter Step 5: Reflection

Our project was very fun and interesting to do. The project went along very smoothly, we didn't really have big issues. The only issue we really had was with technical stuff regarding our survey, but we made it work.

Our communication with Kerala was amazing, they always replied within 12 hours and always sent us their things on time. The team was very nice and friendly.

When we had a plan, we went through with it. Each week Anabel and I made plans on what we wanted to have prepared until the next lesson and it worked very well.

Our interview with Anabel's half-sister, Liliane Sutter went just like we hoped. We got more than enough information for our project and because of Liliane's character, it was very fun and went very smoothly.

Our survey got filled out by many people because we asked the school's secretary to send it around to all students and teachers. The only issue with it was that when we changed a few questions because of grammatical errors and redeployed them, a lot of answers were lost. But we quickly found a way to work with it and in the end, we got more than enough answers.

We also tried to contact Eugen from Guerillagardens to get some input and maybe even plant our own little plant. Sadly he never replied to us, so we couldn't do that.

All in all, our project went exactly as we wanted it and we are very happy with our end result.

Progess Update: 13.07.2021

Today I did the self-assessment for thursday 13th of july 2021 and I got 18 points in total. I did not understand the meaning of EVERY question but I tried my best. I also was not sure about the answers I gave. Sometimes it was an answer between the given ones, like it was not a no but also not a yes. I hope I did it correctly.

I also did the checklist for the website in the OneNote. I am not sure if I filled it out correctly but I tried. I think my teacher will tell me if something is wrong.

Befter Step 6: Publishing

It is planned that our final results will be posted this week on thursday the 15th of july 2021. I am excited to publish the final project and share my experience with people who are interested in this topic. This week I am going to do a final check of my text before it will be published. I also let my brother do a review, to see if there are still some mistakes I have not seen yet, which I will correct before the publishing.
