Our Project : Cycling for a better environment
Introduction
Our environment is in great danger and it is getting worse and More...
So the next thing we are going to do is talking to our community about our project idea. Because Carmen is working for our community she is going to ask them, if there are some documents we could use for our project. Furthermore she is going to find out a little bit more about the planned project, which they‘ve had in mind.
Gracias!
Exciting projects in the context of city climate & city trees are in development or "growing"; each project team as well as all collaboration teams get their own category. Here you collect all material, text, media, etc. for sharing with others and later for your publication on the website dontwastemy.energy.
The journey of discovery is underway!
Cycling for a better environment
Cycling is something that most people are able to do. Most people are able to ride a bike from a very young age and most of us aren’t too bad at it. So why not do it more often? It’s not just good for your health, but also for our environment. That is why we want to start this project and encourage people to use there bikes more often. We want to start with building new paths, new options for your bike tours and more options for your safety on the streets. Start now and help us to turn our idea into a project.

Concept:
Our concept is to pretty much cooperate with different people of our hometown, because this is going to be one of the main points of our project. We want to do surveys with pedestrians and also talk with our parrish. We want to compare the surveys we do with the articles we find about our project idea on the internet.
Time plan (still in progress)
Imagination
We hope that with this project, that there will be some kind of change in the near future and that we all think about more economical transport options like using our bikes more often.
In the last three decades, half of the world's coral reefs have died and if we don't act now those oceans
treasures will be completely gone by 2050. It would be the destruction of an entire ecosystem, and with it, ourselves. That is why Naomi and I thought it is important to do something against this threatening thing that happens with these reefs! There is a group of people that started to replant reefs, that fell off in the ocean to ensure the survival of them.
We want to find out more about this project and how they proceed. How does the replanting work? Does it make a difference or is it all for nothing? How much time will it take to replant enough reefs to ensure their survival and with it ours?
