The Evolution of Clothing

Fashion will always remain a part of our lives. It is here to stay. It is an industry that will adapt and reshape with our lives, our society, our beliefs, and remain constant with our existence. Science and technology will make us more creative, functional, and allow us to express ourselves through our clothing in unique ways that are not possible or even necessary today. For example, virtual reality will play an increasingly important role in our lives.

So how will the clothing industry evolve in the future?

With our work we want to give you a picture of the clothing regulations and possibilities of the years 1984 (According to the Novel by George Orwell), 2021 and 2084.

Hydropower

Hydropower is the usage of water to operate machines or generate electricity. Water is in a constant state of movement through a huge global cycle: it is evaporated [1] from lakes and oceans, it forms clouds, it drops as rain or snow, and then it returns to the sea. The energy of this water cycle, which is powered by the sun, can be drawn on to generate electricity or for such mechanical tasks as the milling of grain [2]. Hydropower uses a source of fuel water [3], that is not reduced or used up in the process. Because the water cycle is an infinite, ever-renewing system, hydropower is classified as renewable energy.

If running water is captured and transformed into electricity, it is referred to as hydropower or hydroelectricity. There are various types of hydropower plants, they are all powered by the kinetic energy of flowing water as it moves downstream. Turbines and generators turn the energy into electricity, which is then fed into the power grid [4] for use in households, companies and industries.

What are our goals for today? - 18.11.2020

Last week we asked a team from India if they were interested in collaboration, as our projects deal with similar topics. Today we will see if we have already received an answer from them and if not, we might try again.

We will also continue with research today and gather more information about our topic.

Also, we will try to find an interview partner.
