Reallife energy calculation

Debora and I wanted to find out how long you need to ride a bike to produce enough energy to dry your hair with a hair dryer.

We found out that a women (1.70m/63kg) is able to produce 120 Watt per hour, if she rides the bike for one hour.

Every time after showering we both blow dry our hair, but how much watt does a hair dryer need?
We found out that a hair dryer needs 2000 Watt to dry a womans midle long hair in 8 minutes.

So we calculated the number of hours needed to produce 2000 watt while riding the bike.

What is the result?

If my calculations are correct, it should take exactly 16 hours and 40 minutes

Justin & I calculated that it takes 16 hours and 40 minutes

    (2000 / 120 = 16.66 Hours)
