The Horse 2020/21

I still have my plan, but just theoretically, because all starts with the delivering of the Bee's next week. I'm looking forward to it and wanna take off like a rocket on the way to the moon. I'm not very good in imaging, how something should work, until i could start something practically.

I imagine it would be a document about how to use plants instead of medication. It will have basic information on the plants and different uses. I think it will have a section on the differences in Switzerland and India and the cultural difference to use herbal medicine. Our goal is to gather as much interesting information as we can.

I hope that everything goes according to plan and I hope that we get more than enough information, so our project is well written. 

I hope that enough people answer our surveys and I hope the teamwork goes well with Kerala. 

With our project i want to achieve a good oversight of the future of cars. Will it be e-cars, hydrogen cars or maybe even “the fuel car 2.0”? That’s a really great and interesting project for me, because cars are on of my biggest hobbies for quite a long time now. We’ve planed doing a world-wide survey so we can compare the opinions of other peoples in different countries. That will be quite challenging but I would love to see the opinion from different peoples. I also want to motivate the peoples I know in the car community to participate to see their view. These includes groups from Switzerland and Germany.

With the electric car test-drive I want to feel he car, see if it would be an alternative for me and if I would consider buying a electric car as my next car. I currently have quite two concrete plans to buy my second car, but maybe I after this project I will consider a e-car.

I want to build our website as modern as possible, so people go on it and read about our project. It should give people a help in choosing a new car and maybe consider hydrogen and electrical cars. That would be a great achievement.

I really hope we can do an interview with a clothing store here in Switzerland where we find out a lot of information about our project topic.

I hope that we will get the information we need from our collaboration teams and can use them good for our project.

I hope our triangle works well and we can support each other in our projects.

I hope we will find as many people as possible to participate at our survey. It will show us if people are interested in the sustainability of the clothes they buy or if they don't care about it.

I hope that our research is going on well and we will get as much information as possible.

The last week over eastern, our group started the concept of an online survey about the future of mobilities, so we can see what the opinions are worldwide. This is really interesting for us and we hope that we get quite many answers from many other countries. We plan to publish the link in the biggest car-group there is online! We hope that we see some different opinions as ours so we can compare them and decide, if e-cars have a good reputation outside of Switzerland.

Furthermore, we started the base for our website. It was quite an easy start, as we already have some experience in building a website. We’ve read quite some interesting articles about electric cars, hybrid cars and “normal” fuel cars so we can already start writing some texts for our site. Last Friday was a great day for our project to! We’ve seen some news articles, that Toyota, one of the biggest cars manufactures in the world, has invested 210 million US-Dollars in a new engine-production-location in West Virginia! This was quite interesting to read because we don’t think that such a big company as Toyota would invest money in “an old” technology if they don’t believe in it. In our opinion this is a sign, that car manufactures may consider only going to produce e-cars but also newer, environmentally friendlier fuel cars.

As I’m really connected in the “car-scene” in Switzerland and also know many car guys in Europe, I know that one of the main reasons that these peoples wouldn’t buy an electric car is, that they haven’t got any emotions at all. For nearly every car guy its important, that the cars don’t just look good and perform well, but they should have emotions while driving. That doesn’t mean they must be in 0-100 km/h or be insanely loud, but they should feel great for instance while driving a curve. Personally, that’s also one of the main, if not the main reason, for me to actually not buy a e-car as they have 0 emotions. I’m really looking forward to test-driving one so I can actually see if my personal opinion was right or not. Currently Jarno and I are planning to test drive a Tesla Model S (Performance), which is one of the highest rated e-cars on the market. Unfortunately, it will be quite hard to actually test drive a car and do a video about it, because we mostly won’t be able to go on the test drive alone, as many car resellers don’t allow test drives in modern cars, especially not for people under 25 years.

Another great achievement we actually acquired last week was our first contact with one of your partners from other countries. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a response from our partners in the bask country.

We have made first contact with Dejan Radmanovic. He studied economics and got a master degree in 2015, was the head of the finance and treasury department in two of the biggest banks on the whole Balkan. Currently, he is the head of Actuary in the Dunav insurance, which is the biggest insurance company in Serbia and Bosnia. He is an expert in economics. That’s the reason, why we contacted him. While we researched many sources, we saw that the European union is trying to make a regulation, in which fuel and diesel ban until 2030. We asked ourselves if that’s even realistic for the whole Europe. I got the idea that we could ask an expert in a region which isn’t as rich as Switzerland or Germany on his or her opinion if that is realistic. We decided that the Balkan meets our criteria and we started to research a good person. On this way we found Mr. Radmanovic, because we found many interviews internationally and were thinking, that he is not only an expert, but also willing to do a small cooperation with us. We will be in contact with him this Friday afternoon.

These are the questions we are going to ask my half-sister in the interview next week:

1. How did you start this line of work? Why did you choose it? (What would be interesting about this job)  
2. What are the positive sides of herbal medicine? (To see the benefits) 
3. What are the negative sides of herbal medicine? (To know about the dangers) 
4. Would you always recommend using herbal medicine? If not, why? (Her opinion about it)
5. Why is it, that some countries use more natural remedies and others don’t? (What is it like in other countries?) 
6. What kind of plants can be used for medical reasons? (How many plants are there?) 
7. Which ones do you think actually help? Which ones do you use? (Her experience and opinion) 
8. Is there a chance of reduction in the number/amount of medical plants available due to constant usage? Have you ever faced such a situation, or do you think there will be a situation like that in the future? (Possible shortage of medical plants)
9. Artificial fertilizers can also reduce the effect of medical plants. What opinion do you have about that statement? (Are artifical fertilizers dangerous for the medical plants?) 
10. How is the use of medical plants beneficial or harmful for the environment? (Does it affect the environment?) 

We are positive, that this interview will go very well and give us important information for our project.
